Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals for various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to produce innovative and effective design solutions that align with our brand vision.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and more.
• Use CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet project objectives.
• Work with content teams to conceptualize and execute design strategies that enhance the brand's presence.
• Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and designs for both digital and print formats.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the organisation brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in design software, including CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
• Experience in both print and digital design projects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other design tools such as InDesign, Canva, Inshot, After Effects, or Adobe XD is a plus.
• Experience with photo editing, image retouching, and digital illustration.
