SAP FICA Consultant - Support & Implementation (10-13 yrs)

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and map them to system configurations.

- Lead the roll-out/implementation of the SAP FICA module.

- System configuration for various functionalities including main/sub-ledger, clearing, dunning, collection strategy, payments (online, offline, NACH, etc.), returns, refunds, correspondence, reconciliation with FICO, recovery, and installment plans.

- Oversee migration activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions accordingly.

- Handle day-to-day user queries and provide ongoing support.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL standards for application management support.

- Perform ABAP-related developments primarily within the ISU-FICA area.

- Foster a cooperative team environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Skills Required :

- Proficient in FICA (SAP ISU) and ABAP.

- Hands-on experience in implementation projects in ISU-FICA with a deep understanding of FICA functionalities and their alignment with core business processes.

- Support experience in ISU FICA and familiarity with other ISU modules.

- In-depth knowledge of integration with all ISU modules and other SAP modules such as FICO, SD, etc.

- Experience in integration with third-party applications for payments, customer portals, etc.

- Ability to understand and assess business processes from a customer perspective.

- Preparation of end-user training documentation and conducting end-user training sessions.

- Drafting functional specifications documents and providing technical guidance to development teams.

- Resolving day-to-day queries from end users.

- Conducting functional testing and integration testing.

- Strong knowledge in ABAP for debugging and development within ISU-FICA
