Job Description

To provide the assistance to the Principal in the day - to day activities in an organized & confidential manner.
  • Bachelor s Degree OR MBA
  • 2 yrs of experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary role
  • Good Communication skills along with hands experience of computer & Tech Savy
  • Managing day-to-day transactional activities of the Principal.
  • Scheduling & setting up travel, meetings, calendar and other appointments for the Principal
  • Organizing & maintaining files & records.
  • Preparing & formatting information for internal & external distribution.
  • Also work as a part of HR team to coordinate the work at the campus. To help the HR team in recruitment, induction and other engagement activities.
  • Partner with teachers and other departments to help in school functioning
  • Serve as a representative of school for Walk-in candidates and channelize the profile for right position.
  • Assist the teachers in the school events.
To provide the assistance to the Principal in the day - to day activities in an organized & confidential manner.
