Project Manager-Signalling & Telecommunication

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of monthly client bills & effectively follows up for the same.

2. Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.

3. Key Role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.

4. Develop the objectives/goals of each team member & assign individual responsibilities.

5. Negotiate with contractors & suppliers for materials & services and ensuring each stage of the project progresses on time and within budget.

6. Preparing monthly reports detailing progress on engineering, procurement, marketing & commissioning activities.

7. Involve in Technical Competency  .

8. Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality & safety standards.

9. Implement of HSE policy.

10. Coordinate with the clients & consultants for drawings and approvals.

11. Conduct delay analysis and risk analysis as part of the project release process.

12. Liaising with locals & government Officials.

13. Monitor the work progress & quality of work according to the clients requirement.
