Senior Design Engineer - Signalling

Project Name: Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system and related infrastructure for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.

 

Functional Area: Senior Design Engineer - Signalling

Location: New Delhi

Duration: 12 months

 

Qualification: Minimum B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics / Telecom / Communication / Electrical).

Overall Professional Experience: The Candidate Shall have a minimum of 15 years of total experience in signalling and telecom works on IR/Metro and/or other railway projects.

 

Experience in a similar position: 8 years experience in the execution of works related to railway signalling design works.

 

 

Preferred Age: Below 60 years.

 

Functional Role: Candidate shall be responsible for review and approval of all design & drawing documents related to all the signalling contracts; All management & other plans related to signalling; Upkeep of status of all design/drawing progress related to signalling; Interfacing with DFCCIL & the contractors on issues of signalling design/drawings & other submissions; Carrying - out Inspection of as per nomination by the Coordinating Manager (S&T); Any other tasks related to S&T discipline assigned by the PD.

 

 

Reporting to: PD, Dy. PD and OC India HO.
