Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to support business objectives, brand positioning, and product offerings across digital and offline channels. ● Brand Management:
Oversee the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency and strengthening its position in the market. Manage corporate identity and all branded materials.
Design and implement lead generation campaigns, working to increase conversion rates, develop targeted messaging, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Oversee the development of high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, social media posts, and website copy to drive engagement and conversion.
Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising. Analyze data and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends. Provide insights on competitive activity, customer needs, and potential market gaps.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with
customer needs and market demands.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to drive results.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve the highest impact.
Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team. Use data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or cloud services. Previous experience managing a team and driving cross-channel marketing strategies is essential. ● Expertise:
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, etc.). Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. ● Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, collaborate with various departments, and manage external vendors and agencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft compelling narratives and present data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to campaign management and decision-making.
Ability to think outside the box, develop innovative marketing strategies, and adapt to changing market conditions.
