Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Manager Production

Job Location : - Siddipet District, Telangana location

Education :- Diploma /B.E. / B-tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience : Should have 2-16 Years experience in the related field of Manufacturing

Additional requirements: (Additional competencies to perform the job)

1. Knowledge of Various manufacturing processes,

2. Production planning & control,

3. QMS & EMS,

4. Lean manufacturing principals-waste reduction,

5. continuous improvement and process optimization ,

6. data analysis,

7. problem solving,

8. ERP module,

9. Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:-

To complete production targets as per periodic plans.

1. Timely delivery of Customer Order / Machines.

2. Will be responsible to maintain the desired quality standards of Product thru maintaining the Manufacturing Processes.

3. Preparation of periodic MIS related to Production.

4. Maintain ERP records related to production.

5. Maintain ISO records and adherence to processes /methodology.

6. Should have awareness of Q.C. Tools.

7. Improvement /modification in Processes or methods thru Kaizens.

8. Process improvement thru innovative methods using contemporary technology.

9. Maintain Lean Manufacturing at principals-waste reduction, shop floor and maintain 5-S as per laid down standards.
