Job Description:-

Designation: - Engineer /Sr. Engineer-Sales (ONLY FOR MALE )

Location: - Vizag / Bangalore

Qualifications: B.E., B.Tech/B.E. ( Mechanical / Instrumentation)

5 Days Working company :---


Experience: 0.0--4 (Fresher can also Apply ) Years in sales of Industrial products/B2B/Application selling. Preferably from a MNC into Manufacturing Industry.


* Position title will be given based on the experience and work capability/exposure of the

selected candidate.


KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Consistently achieve revenue growth from the assigned territory. Generate quality new leads and opportunities within these assigned accounts.

2. Lead technical, project and negotiation meetings with customer. Identify and capitalise on cross selling opportunities.

3. Close monitoring of active opportunities, quote follow up & attend order closure meetings with customer

4. Accountable for technical review and confirmation on all customer enquiries and orders.

5. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, and services.

6. Gains customer acceptance by timely, accurately and consistently responding to their queries as well as by providing value added solutions.

7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by cultivating a habit of self-learning and attending various educational workshops.

8. Follow up on PO amendments, technical confirmation and receivables from customers.

9. Promote service offerings by conducting leak audits, site visits and trainings to customers.

10. Daily sales reporting of activities to management. Keep client database and organization charts updated

11. Co-ordination with Commercial & Admin to clarify customer queries

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Proposal Engineer's main responsibility is to effectively address customers' commercial and technical concerns, ensuring their satisfaction. Although not a field sales position, the Proposal Engineer is assigned specific accounts and must achieve sales targets within a defined customer base using virtual selling. It is crucial for the Proposal Engineer to prioritize the customer's best interests, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining a service-oriented approach. The Proposal Engineer is the primary customer interface and part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long term business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Virtual selling

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions

• Help in product selection

• Tech / Project discussions / Negotiation meetings with customer

• Co-ordination with Commercial & Admin to clarify customer queries

• Quote Follow up

• Alignment with Company- VIP Reports ( VAEs ), Commercialized products sales

• Energy Audits

• Customer Trainings

• Customer Presentations
