Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance:
   Ensure the company adheres to all environmental, health, and safety regulations as per government laws and industry standards. Stay updated with changes in relevant regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
2. Risk Assessment & Audits:
   Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to minimize risks. Actively engage in risk management strategies to create a safe working environment.
3. Incident Reporting & Investigation:
   Document and investigate all incidents and accidents. Identify the root causes and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for continuous improvement in safety procedures.
4. EHS Programs:
   Develop, implement, and monitor effective Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and policies. Focus on minimizing incidents and improving safety and health standards across the organization.
5. Training & Awareness:
   Conduct regular EHS training and awareness programs for employees. Topics may include fire safety, first aid, hazardous materials handling, emergency preparedness, and other relevant EHS matters.
6. Waste Management:
   Oversee environmental initiatives, including waste management, recycling programs, and pollution control efforts, in compliance with environmental regulations. Ensure that hazardous waste is handled, stored, and disposed of correctly.
7. PPE Management:
   Ensure the provision, proper usage, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all employees. Monitor compliance with PPE usage standards and recommend improvements as necessary.
8. Emergency Preparedness:
   Lead the creation and implementation of emergency response plans, including drills and contingency plans. Prepare the organization for natural disasters, fire emergencies, or other potential hazards by conducting regular training and ensuring the availability of resources.
9. Reporting & Documentation:
   Maintain accurate records of safety audits, incident reports, training logs, compliance documents, and other relevant EHS documentation. Ensure timely reporting as per organizational and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:

• Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Environmental Engineering or B.Sc. in Environmental Science. PG: Any Postgraduate degree (optional)
• Experience: Fresher or 1 year of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles
