Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Automobile, and Automotive industries.
• Source, screen, and engage specialized, high-skilled, and niche talent through various channels.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, and ATS for effective candidate sourcing.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Meet hiring targets with a high delivery orientation.

Desired Competencies:

✔ Must-Have:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Automobile, and Automotive industries.
• Proficiency in job portals, Boolean search techniques, and database management (ATS).
• High target orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools.

✔ Good to Have:

• Experience in engaging and attracting difficult-to-hire talent.
• Understanding of employer branding and market mapping.
