Job Description
- Requirement of stationery.
- Check dispatch, repairing maintenance, each & every draws cupboard every alternate day.
- Check all electric equipment on regular basis.
- Locks & keys should be check and handled properly.
- Monitoring the records of the issued materials to staff
- Supervise logistics executive
- Take regular follow-ups with vendors, negotiating with vendors
- Branding & Promotion of E-Herex
- Ensure timely arrangement of materials to office staff as per the requirement
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supporting company leadership and smoothly working in administrative department
- Coordinate with the respective departments and arrange in-house and external events
- Monitoring logistics supply and data managed by MIS
- Supervise security management in coordination with local law enforcing agencies and security department
- Supervise housekeeping staff, facilitation staff, security guards and drivers
- Properly managed cafeteria and coordinate housekeeping staff or administration staff for cleaning and maintaining
Skills :
- Purchase

- Experience in administrative services
