Role and Responsibility :

• Network Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, install, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure a stable and secure network environment.
• Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor the network for performance, security, and reliability. Address issues such as downtime, connectivity, and speed issues.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve network-related issues. Provide timely support to users for connectivity and network-related problems.
• Security Management: Implement and manage network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption technologies.
• Documentation: Maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and up-to-date documentation for all network infrastructure.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Assist in the implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure the security and recovery of network and critical data.
