Role & Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for solving technical issues with distributed systems of the entire organization.
2.Responsible for repair and/or replacement of IT assets.
3.Monitoring and maintaining Server and networks.
4.Talking staff through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
5.Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
6.Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
7.Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
8.Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 10/8/7, Win- Server 2019/2008.
9.Installing and configuring computer / server hardware operating systems and applications.
10.User access management, file/folder sharing for remote user access.
11.Installing & configuring Network Switches / Routers and setup networking LAN/WAN).
12.Technical troubleshooting, assisting and training our internal staff at our various offices; either face to face or over the telephone.
13.Installation/Configuration/Backup of E-Mail Clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc).
14.Backup & Restoration of data as per the request from the user.
15.Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
16.Technical troubleshooting, assisting and activation of electronic resources for our customers; either face to face or over the telephone.
17.Managing Seqrite EPS console over 250+.
18.License Management: Adobe, Microsoft, Autodesk, Toon boom ETC.
19.Helping Auditors to into Audit. Handling all Technical task related to IT Audit with Assistance,
20.Managing basic level of firewall. Creating user policy and creating plans for whitelist/black list ip and website.
21.Managing VPN Clients Providing Support to end users over vpn issues.
22.Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
23.Providing support, including procedural documentation.
24.Testing and evaluating new technology.
25.Demonstrate proficiency in identifying probable causes and solutions to network apps problems.
26.Coordinate with other Operations/App. services team members regarding deployment and ongoing maintenance of new systems and solutions.
27.Microsoft 365 administration.
28.Microsoft 365 admin panel manage
29.Volume windows license migration to Microsoft 365
30.Google workspace migration to Microsoft 365
