Position Summary:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Ability to handle calls from customers from all geographies in diverse age groups.
• Act as a customer advocate by working directly with customers on high priority issues to deliver timely resolution.
• Demonstrates a high level of personal and professional integrity/etiquette when dealing with Customers.
• Preference shall be given to candidates currently working/have worked for Service Centers of repute.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in international voice environment, preferably in an Inbound Customer Service Center of repute.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language and a neutral accent.
• Professional & Courteous in mannerisms.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Willingness to work in rotation shifts in a 24x7 environment.
