Job Description:

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Youll work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to each platform and audience.
• Manage daily social media activity, including content publishing, community engagement, and monitoring conversations.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, customer support) to align messaging and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.
• Develop social media calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Track, report, and present social media analytics and KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and understanding audience behavior.

Preferred:

• Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
