Guest Relation Executive

We are urgently looking for a Guest Relation Executive (GRE) to join our team at [Builder Firm Name]. This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests visiting the builders office or construction sites.
• Greet, assist, and provide information to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate appointments, site visits, and meetings for clients and team members.
• Maintain guest registers, appointment schedules, and follow-up communications.
• Ensure high standards of customer service in line with company policies.
• Assist in organizing events, site tours, and other client engagement activities.
• Monitor client feedback and assist in improving guest relations strategies.
• Manage client and visitor requests effectively, ensuring satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
