Senior Project Engineer/ RCM

Role & responsibilities

• Creating a construction schedule, planning the project, and estimating materials
• Creating a budget, monitoring expenses, and reviewing cost estimates
• Identifying and responding to potential issues to ensure the safety of workers
• Keeping in touch with clients and contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly
• Overseeing workers to ensure they adhere to safety and productivity standards
• Assigning tasks to contractors and subcontractors, and tracking activities from start to finish
• Having in good Knowledge of latest building Façade and its material specification and excellent presentable skills.
• Inspecting work, checking materials, and ensuring staff are following health and safety guidelines
• Dealing with contracts and mitigating the impact of any issues
• Visit sites regularly during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress visits, punch walks, and closeouts and attend status and coordination meetings
• Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
• Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
• Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices
• Having excellent communication and leadership skills, and attention to detail and also need a deep understanding of all aspects of the building process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified B.E or B. Tech (15 years) Full Time Regular Course.
• Diploma in civil engineering (20 Years) Full Time Regular Course.
• Five (05) years of experience in construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and an ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Knowledge of building-code requirements and scheduling methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
• Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices
• Sound knowledge in housing complex, Infrastructure and Others Buildings.
• Good Knowledge in Auto-Cad.
• Complete understanding of Site & Execution plan details drawings.
• A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
