B Tech/BE Civil Engineer

Experience: Minimum 10 years or above.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (required).

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil engineering operations in our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise combined with strong managerial capabilities to ensure project success. This role involves supervising construction sites, conducting inspections, reporting to senior management, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within the allotted budget, and up to standard.

Technical Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
2. Conduct detailed site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to structural plans.
3. Evaluate and solve complex civil engineering problems on-site.
4. Certify that the construction aligns with approved designs, specifications, and codes.
5. Ensure all safety and environmental protocols are followed.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Liaison:
• Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to the senior management on project status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to address technical and operational issues.
2. Site Management:
• Monitor construction activities across multiple sites and ensure smooth execution.
• Manage resources, materials, and labor at work sites efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and address any delays or challenges on-site.
3. Team Leadership:
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and other staff to ensure coordinated efforts.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
4. Inspection & Compliance:
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure high standards of construction quality.
• Review and approve materials used, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
2. Draft and manage project-related documents, reports, and permits.
3. Participate in regular meetings with clients and consultants to align project goals.

Additional Information

• Must be willing to travel frequently for site inspections and meetings.
