  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention :

    Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Conduct employee surveys and implement retention strategies.
  • Learning and Development :

    Design and manage employee training programs.
  • Monitor skill development and growth through ongoing learning initiatives.
  • Performance Management :

    Implement performance management systems to improve productivity.
  • Ensure timely and constructive feedback during performance reviews.
  • Compliance and Legal :

    Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and address compliance issues promptly.
  • Compensation and Benefits :

    Manage and review compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics :

    Use HR data to support decision-making and optimize HR processes.
  • Provide insights and reports on key HR trends and performance.
  • Employee Relations :

    Foster a positive workplace and resolve employee issues effectively.
  • Address grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious environment.
  • Strategic HR Planning :

    Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Support business growth through HR initiatives that drive results.
  • Diversity and Inclusion :

    Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and workplace practices.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance representation and inclusion across the company.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and strategic planning.
