  • Monitor skill development and growth through ongoing learning initiatives.

  • Ensure timely and constructive feedback during performance reviews.

  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

  • Address grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious environment.

  • Support business growth through HR initiatives that drive results.
  • Diversity and Inclusion :. Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and workplace practices.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance representation and inclusion across the company.
  • Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and strategic planning.
