You will align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational growth and employee development, ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment :. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process and improve recruitment efficiency.

Employee Engagement and Retention :. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.

Conduct employee surveys and implement retention strategies.

Learning and Development :. Design and manage employee training programs.

Monitor skill development and growth through ongoing learning initiatives.

Performance Management :. Implement performance management systems to improve productivity.

Ensure timely and constructive feedback during performance reviews.

Compliance and Legal :. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Conduct regular audits and address compliance issues promptly.

Compensation and Benefits :. Manage and review compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

HR Metrics and Analytics :. Use HR data to support decision-making and optimize HR processes.

Provide insights and reports on key HR trends and performance.

Employee Relations :. Foster a positive workplace and resolve employee issues effectively.

Address grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure a harmonious environment.

Strategic HR Planning :. Align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Support business growth through HR initiatives that drive results.

Diversity and Inclusion :. Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and workplace practices.

Lead initiatives that enhance representation and inclusion across the company.

Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4-6 years of HR management experience.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, talent management, and compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in HR data analysis and strategic planning.
