To support this an artificial intelligent conversational Virtual Assistance has been introduced to the Bank focusing on IT Support.
The UX Engineering team is seeking candidates with strong chatbot development experiences particularly with Javascript, JSON and API experience. Must have experience of generative AI prompt engineering while Power Automate and AI Builder experience is extremely beneficial.
The successful candidate will have a clear focus on providing accurate and robust solutions whether working independently or as part of a team whilst delivering in a high-pressure environment. It is important for the candidate to have enthusiasm, commitment and a positive attitude as well as being a strong team player. It is also essential for the candidate to have good interpersonal skills and the ability to discuss, analyse and accurately document technical solutions and analyse issues.

Your key responsibilities
Work as part of an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements.
Develop conversational workflows within the chatbot solution.
Coordinate with Product team to develop APIs and integrate new or available APIs with chatbot to provide automated responses or resolutions for users.
Perform Chatbot knowledge base analysis for complex workflows.
Actively participate in the design and architecture of the application or its components, investigating and proposing appropriate technologies
Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for production problems.
Follow SDLC guidelines including coding standards and compliance with security controls.
