Commercial Banking Tribe

You ll be joining the Commercial Bank Tribe, who is focusing on the special needs of the small and medium enterprise clients in Germany, a designated area for further growth and investment within Corporate Bank.
We are responsible for the digital transformation of ~800.000 clients in 3 brands, i.e. the establishment of the BizBanking platform including development of digital sales and service processes as well as the automation of processes for this client segment.
Our tribe is on a journey of an extensive digitalisation of business processes and to migrate our applications to the cloud. On that we are working jointly together with our business colleagues in an agile setup and collaborating closely with stakeholders and engineers from other areas thriving to achieve a highly automated and adoptable process and application landscape.

Your key responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements for the scope in our data platform team, support various other squads in BizBanking area with access to the necessary data.
Identify data sources needed for the business requirements and combine them effectifly
Defining optimized data products for our data consumer
Communicate evectifely with business, architecture, engineering team, and other stakeholders.
Implement data governance and protection to adhere regulatory requirements and policies.

Your skills and experience

Masters s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of technologies in data and cloud environments.
The ability to combine the latest technologies to develop the best possible product that meets the requirements of the market and the strategic goals of our tribe.
Great communication skills being able to identify and explain the pros and cons of complex technical solution to non-technical people.
Support in the decision-making process on new solution and evaluate the possible business value and excellent problem-solving skills.
