Job Description
- Provide strategic, analytical, and coordination skills as part of the Business Management team
- Manage monthly Cost, Revenue and FTE Forecasting and Flash Process
- FTE management & Business Coordination
- Governance & Controls around information Barriers
- Provide in-depth analysis of financials by the creation and preparation of business/product specific reports to analyze performance against set indicators;
- Support implementation and execution of business strategy as well as cost /resource management topics and other business initiatives
- Support projects, sub-projects/work streams or ad-hoc requests in the Trade Finance and actively steer them towards deadlines and outcomes
- Engage and maintain strong links with other members of the Business Management community
Your Skills & experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new technology applications as and when needed
- Knowledge of Tableau applications, SAP & FDW is a plus
- Knowledge of cost categories, P/L Structure and analysis
- Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to converse clearly with Product/Regional COOs and other stakeholders
