Implementation Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Configure and customize software applications to meet client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, testers, and support staff, to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Provide training and support to end users on system functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues
• Document implementation processes, client configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Informatics,Nursing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, support, or business analysis (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong understanding of EHR/EMR systems, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA.
