Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and manage service requests
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions
• Reporting: Create reports on service levels, performance metrics, and service activities
