Regional Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and a detailed budget for primary and secondary sales
• Ensure branch wise strategies are elaborated to the respective BMs / Deputy BMs and branch wise budgets are adhered to
• Conceptualize marketing strategies for product specific campaigns and ensure implementation as per the marketing plan in co-ordination with other departments.
• Analyze current and possible future market scenario for plywood in the retail and non- retail sector, in existing and new markets and divert resources for increasing focus on the same
• Ensure achievement of overall sales targets in the retail segment and project segment.
• Liaison with key architects / vendors/ dealers etc. to establish, develop and maintain long term relationships in the assigned region
• Plan & execute successful foray in new opportunities, e.g. new product, new region, in case of retail and non- retail business as per regional division
