Durapid Technology - SAP Agile Project Manager - SuccessFactors Implementation (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure seamless execution.

- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

- Manage third-party vendors and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR, and other data security regulations.

- Drive change management initiatives and provide training/support to end-users.

- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience.

- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment).

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies with relevant certifications (e.g, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).

- Solid experience in HR processes, digital transformation, and cloud-based HR solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior executives, HR leaders, and technical teams.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks for SAP implementations.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
