Durapid Technology - Machine Learning Engineer - R/Python (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Convert the ML POCs into machine learning pipelines.

- Recommend and implement improvements to our machine learning systems, including new modelling approaches, infrastructure, and deployment strategies.

- Conduct hands-on analyses of our data at all stages, from raw inputs to the final outputs, to drive hypothesis generation and performance measurement.

- Communicate technical concepts with clarity to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Profile :

- 2-4 years of experience in Data science & ML with 2+ years of experience in deployment of ML models in production environment.

- A demonstrated track record of putting machine learning solutions into low latency production deployments.

- Fluency in Spark, Python/R with advanced skills in machine learning and deep learning libraries.

- Proficiency in MLOps workflow & tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.

- Working knowledge of version controls systems (GIT/SVC) & DevOps principles like unit test, integration testing & CI/CD.

- Excellent problem solving skills.

- Strong written & verbal communication skills.

Nice to have :

- Experience on Databricks and Azure cloud systems a plus.

- Experience working on recommendation systems a plus.

- Awareness of ML deployment strategies on Azure.

- Demonstrable prior experience of adopting CI/CD for ML applications.
