Data Architect - SQL/Python (8-18 yrs)

Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Data Architect with expertise in AWS Cloud, DMS, EMR, PySpark, Big Data, and Azure. The ideal candidate has 7-14 years in data architecture, 1-2 projects in an architect role, and hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks. This role will focus on designing and optimizing cloud-based data solutions to drive our organization's data initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Architect Data Solutions : Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures on AWS and Azure.

- Big Data Processing : Leverage Big Data tools like EMR and PySpark for large-scale data processing.

- Data Migration & Integration : Ensure seamless data transfer with AWS DMS and other integration tools.

- Platform Optimization : Work with Snowflake and Databricks to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.

- Project Leadership : Guide data engineering projects and mentor team members.

Required Skills :

- 7-14 years in data architecture, with experience in AWS and Azure.

- Hands-on experience with EMR, DMS, PySpark, Big Data tools, Databricks, and Snowflake.

- Proficiency in SQL and Python.

- 1-2 projects in an architect role.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS certifications or similar credentials in cloud and data.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
