Data Architect - Python/SQL (9-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Architecture Design : Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.

- Data Integration and Security : Develop and implement strategies for integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency/Security.

- Cloud Expertise : Leverage Azure and AWS services to build, manage, and optimize cloud-based data platforms and pipelines.

- Database Management : Design and maintain relational databases, optimize SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.

- Data Modeling : Create logical and physical data models to support business needs and analytics requirements.

- Programming and Automation : Develop scripts and automate workflows using Python to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.

- Leadership and Collaboration : Mentor team members, guide junior engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmaps.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve the performance of data systems and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Security and Compliance : Ensure that data solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Experience : 7+ years of professional experience in data architecture, database management, and data engineering.

- SQL Expertise : Strong expertise in SQL for data manipulation, performance tuning, and database management.

- Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS services (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, S3, etc.).

- Programming Skills : Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.

- Data Integration : Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Informatica).

- Data Modeling : Proficiency in designing both relational and dimensional data models.

- Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Knowledge of data governance, security standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
