We are seeking a skilled AWS Data Architect to lead a team of Data engineers who will define and support Platform architecture for data migration. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading the design, implementation, and optimization of the data architecture in AWS, ensuring highly scalable, flexible, secured, and resilient cloud architectures, solving business problems, and helping accelerate the adoption of our client's data initiatives on the cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement data architectures on AWS, including data pipelines, storage, and security.

- Optimize data architectures for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

- Lead and support migration of data and systems from on-premises to AWS cloud.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs.

- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement and follow best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within AWS environments.

- Document architecture, data models, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Architect, strong proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, and Glue.

- Experience of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
