Job Summary:

The Captain (F&B Service) is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and providing excellent guest experiences within the restaurant or banquet setting. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support the service team, and handle guest queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the dining area.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide detailed information on dishes.
• Oversee table settings, dining ambiance, and guest comfort.
• Train and mentor junior staff and service attendants.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
