Purpose of the job
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the company s accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and customer account management. This role plays a critical part in maintaining cash flow and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve discrepancies.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Communicate with collections regarding payment issues.
- Collaborate with the internal team (ATR and Intercompany) to have good month end close.
- Prepare reports on unallocated and unapplied and share with collections for further clearing details.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits.
You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience 3-5 years).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
