Opportunity: Retail Stores Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance on selections. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively engaging with customers and offering additional products or promotions.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, trends, promotions, and company policies to better assist customers.
• Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is restocked, organized, and properly displayed. Assist with stock management and reporting discrepancies.
• Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness, assist in visual merchandising, and ensure the store operates smoothly during your shift.
• Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various forms of payment.
• Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service and following up on purchases or inquiries.

An ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in womens ethnic wear stores.
• Should be able to commute to Jayanagar area in Bengaluru.
• Strong knowledge of Bangalores retail market and local women's ethnic wear trends.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, from operations to inventory management.
• Proficiency in retail software for stock management and POS systems.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with an eye for detail in store layout and merchandising.

Kannada speakers and Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
