DSLR Technologies - Finance Controller - CA (5-15 yrs)

Aramya is a size-inclusive women's ethnic wear brand focused on delivering comfortable & beautiful daily wear at affordable prices. With $9M in funding from Z47, Accel, and marquee angel investors, we're on a path of rapid expansion.

Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further.

We're looking for a passionate individual to join Our Team. We are looking for a finance controller to lead all the finance & compliance related aspects as we scale to 15x in the next 24 months.

1. Establish and manage financial controls & compliance for manufacturing and offline retail operations.

2. Coordinate with finance and legal service providers to ensure smooth bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, CS, and legal compliance.

3. Act as the primary point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

4. Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management, the board of directors, and investors.

5. Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payroll, and deposit management.

An ideal candidate MUST have:

1. 5+ years of experience after CA completion

2. Controllership experience in apparel manufacturing and retail industry
