Consultant Service Advisor

The Consultant Service Advisor at DScholar acts as the primary liaison between clients and our team of experts. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending appropriate research services, and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting projects. The Consultant Service Advisor is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. Their Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, understanding their research needs, objectives, and challenges.

• Project Scoping: Collaborate with clients to define the scope of research projects, including objectives, methodologies, and deliverables.

• Service Recommendation: Advise clients on suitable research and analytics services that align with their goals.

• Proposal Presentation: Present detailed proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and deliverables.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with the team to ensure that projects are executed according to the agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

• Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.

• Quality Assurance: Review research outputs before delivery to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.

• Final Presentation: Present research findings and recommendations to clients, explaining the insights and their implications.

• Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling additional services.

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and competitive offerings to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

• Master s or PhD in Social Sciences, Management, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly in a consultancy or advisory capacity.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and close service deals.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and online communication tools.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.

• Experience with proposal drafting and negotiation.

• Familiarity with the consultancy industry and its practices is a plus.
