Executive, Accounts, is responsible for ground level activities of Accounts and Finance department functions. Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting.
Carry out general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable,
accounts receivable, general ledger, statutory taxes return filing.
Help senior team members in month-end/quarter-end process. Ensuring the completion of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the P&L statements.
Responsible for payroll processing, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, petty cash management for
the corporate office, and coordinating and controlling petty cash management of the branch office.
Full and final settlement of employee, yearly leaves encashments, business expenses reimbursements,
bank account, petty cash account and other account reconciliations etc.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Reconcile financial statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
