Drizzle IT Services - Pardot Trainer (3-10 yrs)

Pardot Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training programs for Pardot (Salesforce's B2B marketing automation platform).

You will work closely with marketing teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that Pardot users are proficient in the platform and able to fully utilize its features to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Development :

- Create and deliver engaging training sessions on Pardot's features, functionality, and best practices.

- Develop comprehensive training materials (e.g., manuals, guides, videos) tailored to the needs of different audiences.

User Onboarding :

- Provide onboarding and technical training for new Pardot users, ensuring they understand how to use the platform effectively.

Ongoing Training and Support :

- Conduct refresher courses, advanced training, and provide ongoing support to users to ensure they are maximizing Pardot's capabilities.

Customization and Best Practices :

- Offer guidance on customizing Pardot for specific organizational needs and best practices for lead nurturing, email marketing, automation, and reporting.

Training Delivery :

- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars, and workshops.

- Tailor the content to suit the learner's role and experience level.

Collaboration :

- Work with stakeholders in marketing, sales, and IT departments to identify skill gaps, refine training processes, and address specific business requirements.

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution :

- Provide support and troubleshooting for users encountering challenges with Pardot.

Continuous Learning :

- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Pardot, and incorporate those changes into training programs.
