MergerWare.com - Product Trainer - B2B (2-6 yrs)

Main Role :

- Plan, deliver, and administer training programs for customers, partners, and internal employees on the Product features, Product technical concepts and Instructional Design Principles

- Deliver a variety of sessions - virtual online sessions, in-person sessions, workshops, use-case driven sessions, best practices sharing sessions; using traditional and modern training methods

- Design and develop a wide range of training materials such as presentation content, practice exercises, assessment materials, scenario-based use cases. Support creating video-based or online content for self-learning modules

- Work with the product team to continuously update product knowledge and create training content as per product releases

- Maintain training data; generate and present training reports to management

Our ideal hire would have

- 3 - 6 years of experience in delivering software product training and/or IT technical training

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive conversations effectively with the participants

- Experience with creating training materials for instructor-led training

- Proficient in web frontend languages - HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Ability to quickly learn product functionality and features

- Self-motivated with the ability to work with moderate supervision and complete assigned projects on time.
