MergerWare.com - Product Manager (3-12 yrs)

We are looking for candidates who have strong product management (must have worked as Product Manager for minimum 3 yrs for a global product with customers interactions worldwide).

Candidates with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.

Key Role Mandate :

As Product Manager, you'll lead the the strategic vision, roadmap and execution of MergerWare M&A Software . You'll work closely with our global customers, design, engineering, sales, marketing teams, to understand market/customer needs, and turn that knowledge into innovative and easy to-use products and features.

1. Define customer requirements and translate into detailed feature requirements and specifications of global product.

2. Develop product specifications and priorities based on customer feedback, market insights and competitive research

3. Work closely with customers to refine product concepts to ensure customer success, usage and adoption

4. Work with the design and engineering teams to create the best products, features and user experience.

5. Work closely with Sales, Marketing & Customer Support teams to ensure successful customer engagements

6. Excellent interpersonal skills which allow you to excel at being an advocate for your team and the customers that you- re serving.

7. Define, lead, and execute holistic strategy to work towards strategic business goals; collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions.

8. Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate constantly and quickly. Identify opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

9. Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, build and manage an actionable product roadmap.

What you'll bring :

1. Your work expertise in product management, designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially large scale application development in SaaS.

2. Demonstrated proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables cross multiple teams

3. Experience with Agile development and methodologies being the product owner

- Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful product

4.Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer

5.Excellent collaboration skills : leading execution across teams, influencing across organisations

6. Good communication skills : in small teams and larger group presentation formats
