SR HR Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the strategic and operational goals of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for managing and executing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers for candidate selection.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts professionally.
• Build strong relationships across all departments to promote a healthy work environment.

Performance Management

• Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to design strategies for employee development and retention.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and create effective training programs.
• Partner with external vendors for specialized training initiatives.

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

HR Operations & Reporting

• Oversee HR administrative activities such as payroll processing, employee records management, and benefits administration.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) is preferred.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 years in a senior/executive position.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
