Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Provide first point of IT Support contact for all Drishti Groups staff across the network.
2. Install, configure & maintain network services, equipment and devices
3. Configuration of routing and switching equipment.
4. Monitor systems and implement changes.
5. Install & Configure Cameras & Biometric machines with regular maintenance.
6. You would have to travel to IT setups across Goa for regular maintenance.
7. Ability to investigate issues and requirements and identify and prioritise appropriate solutions.
8. Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
9. Offer assistance to other employees in the use of various technologies
