Creative Lead

1. Collaboration with Design and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with both the UI/UX design team and the marketing team responsible for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital ads.
Provide guidance on the visual and strategic direction of designs, ensuring they align with brand goals and objectives.
2. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar for the creative team, ensuring timely and effective social media posts.
Assist in creating a strategy for promotional campaigns , focusing on maximizing user acquisition through well-designed and targeted digital campaigns.
3. Digital Campaign Expertise:
Leverage deep understanding of digital marketing to run successful user acquisition campaigns.
Utilize storytelling and narrative-building skills to ensure that design speaks a cohesive and compelling message.
4. Content and Design Leadership:
Lead the development of creative assets for marketing and social media, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with the design and operation teams to execute successful campaigns that are both creative and effective.
5. Design Expertise:
Have a strong background in design, with a thorough understanding of design principles .
Be a creative thinker , able to innovate and bring fresh ideas to campaigns while staying aligned with brand identity.
6. Execution and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all creative work meets high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Work closely with the design team to guarantee that the visual elements are not only appealing but also align with the overall marketing and business goals.
7. Experience Requirements:
5 + years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in digital marketing or a similar field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and brand growth.
Extensive experience in design and visual storytelling , with the ability to translate brand messaging into compelling creative content.
Strong understanding of social media marketing , including creating and managing content calendars, and executing effective social media strategies.
Experience in leading teams and collaborating across departments to achieve business objectives.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.
