Reports to: Zonal Head
Company : Renowned private Bank
Base Location - Bengaluru
Role Details
Locations / Regions handled - Pan India
Size of business - 250 Cr. to No Cap
Product Portfolio - Universal Banking Products including Working Capital, Term Loan, Structured Trade, FX, Investment Banking.
No. of employees handled - Nil
No. of reportees - Nil
Overall Job Description:
The candidate will be required to write good credits, assist the Zonal Head in operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business. Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the Education & Healthcare segment.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk ( 250 Cr. - No Cap),
2. Must be thorough with disbursement process ( legal / valuation, etc. ) ,
3. To acquire new clients
4. To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio,
5. Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction,
6. Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients,
7. Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Essential requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate
Preferred: CA / MBA Finance
Essential requirement: Minimum 3 years and above
Preferred: 3 to 10 years work experience in the Banking Industry
Specific requirements
- Needs to have handled a similar role in a peer Bank,
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities,
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Balanced Sales and credit orientation. Should have customer focus.
