E - Commerce Key Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

We need smart, computer savvy, organized people to sell our products online at all online portals.

• Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Shopclues, Paytm, Amazon, etc. as well as our e-commerce site.

• Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae.

• Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory.

• Address customer complaints on phone and email.

• Generate sales and meet targets.

• Coordinate with people at online portals for deals promotions.

• Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels.

• Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily.

• Managing daily online dispatches.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Office skills - Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables), Google Docs, internet search, etc.

• Inventory management

• Decent English language skills

• Experience in E-commerce
