Dream Care Furnishings - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-8 yrs)

As the company grown multi fold hence as the growth strategy, we are looking for a seasoned management graduate to lead the Digital Marketing Team from scratch. The role will be skew towards strategic and P&L compared to the operations. The person will lead a team of 8 - 12 professionals in domain of creatives, web, operations, SEO, SMO, Content, Video, etc. The role has a potential to grow with time into a Profit Centre role as well as expand the team in the domain.

- The person will be working closely with the management for finalizing the plan, strategize the framework and lead the operative team towards the deliverable and generate revenue on the company's website. The role requires the in-depth understanding of the novel initiatives in the respective domain and transference of the same into the strategy to create growth for business as well as revenue for the company.

- The role entails operative as well as strategic orientation hence an exposure to digital marketing strategy both formulation and translating the same into action through effective and efficient implementation will be crucial for the success in the role.

The expectations from the role will include:

1. Identify and formulate growth strategies with the management

2. Design digital strategy to propel the revenue growth on website

3. Design and implement digital marketing initiatives the brand: Dreamcare

4. Develop and take ownership of the team

5. Define role for respective team members and measure their team performance

6. Identify new avenues to create buzz through Digital Marketing Initiatives

7. Design and implement new age and out of box digital marketing initiatives to create and increase brand visibility

Challenge in the role:

- Unlike a operative digital marketing role that concentrates around campaign management and exhausting the allocated budget this role throws a challenge of optimal utilization of budget and create buzz through new age innovative and creative interventions my minimizing the dependence on the budget.

- This role offers an extension to the digital marketing role. It will entail the complete cycle from identifying the avenues to creating and implementing marketing strategies, ensure closure by generation of the sales on the website, and increase in the sales on others ecommerce channels as result of digital marketing initiatives undertaken.
