Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Develop & Manage the relationship with the Vendors/Consultant & Architecture
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and present to the Management
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Requirement & Skills:

• At least 4 to 5 Years of project management experience and Prefer worked on FMCG Green Filed Projects.
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of engineering
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in managing Projects
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
