Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance

Role & responsibilities

.

• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Planning & Strategies the company Finance and getting ready required reports related to company finance so management can take the decision.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Responsible for handling the finalization of Accounts and all purchases.
• Responsible for the tallying of all Branch Expenses, Bank Reconciliation.
• Handling all the statutory compliances work.
• Team management.
• Should have knowledge of payroll and Tally ERP 9.0
• Coordination with other departments like Sales production etc.

• Should have excellent communication skill

• Adaptability
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Candidates from FMCG Company will be preferred.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
