Job Title: Lead - Digital Marketing

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing leader to drive Draups organic and paid digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and establish thought leadership in the B2B SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive organic digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
• Lead and manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage budgets effectively and report campaign performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
• Proven expertise in organic growth strategies and execution, SEO, and paid marketing channels.
• Proficiency in paid digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently derive actionable insights from data.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.
